1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the boni88 platform (including the website at boni88.pro, any associated mobile browser interface, and all games, betting markets, and promotional features therein), you ("the Player") enter into a legally binding agreement with boni88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and boni88.

3. Account Registration and Security

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account. Holding multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

boni88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a boni88 account:

6. Bonuses and Promotions

boni88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, and expiry date. Players must read and comply with all promotion-specific terms.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

boni88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or in a manner prejudicial to the interests of other players or the integrity of the platform.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting boni88 support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
